Woodford Properties was born out of years of experience in property management by my wife and I. We learned that there was a segment of the market that desires the next level of owner care and customer experience. Our team manages properties in Charlotte North Carolina and the Smoky Mountains (Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge). We focus on properties ranging from (STR) Short Term Rentals to Multi-Family properties with between 2-40 doors. We focus on giving our guests a white glove experience with high touch interactions with our team. We discovered that life happens and can be unpredictable and it is all about how you communicate with your owners and with your guests, and then how quickly you respond to any unexpected event that happens. We work closely with the owners we represent to make sure they maximize the return on their investment. Our Founders
David and Lacey Boatman, founders and owners of Woodford Group and Woodford Properties. David was born in Knoxville Tennessee and grew up vacationing in the Smoky Mountains. He is married to a brilliant woman, and we have four children with two granddaughters. We enjoy boating, and vacationing at the beach or in the mountains, and enjoying time with our family on the lake.

We automate much of the process and communication with guests to make sure their experience is excellent from the time they book your property until they checkout from their stay and leave you a five star review.

It is all about the luxury experience of the guest. We believe guests are demanding and desiring more for the money they spend. We provide concierge services that go above and beyond the typical rental experience in these areas. This type of experience creates great customer experiences, great reviews and repeat rentals for a more consistent guest experience.
